Drop-Shipping is business model that allows retailers to sell products ordered from the providers to their own customers. Orders are placed to the customers by retailers; the retailer then passes on the order to the Drop Shipper. i.e. Austars-Model, and we will send products directly to the customer. This process results in great savings for the retailer in both time and money, Austars Model handles the storage, packaging and shipping of the products, relieving the retailer of these responsibilities.

How to become a certified Drop Shipper withAustars-Model.com?
• If you would like to become a certified drop shipper with us, you can join us by following these simple steps:
• Please register an account with Austars-Model.com using your PayPal email address
• Sign in to your account, fill in the request form online and submit, or send an email todropshipping@austars-model.com. After we check your email, we will set your Austars-Model account to the membership type “Drop Shipper” in our system. You can then get 3% discount on your future drop shipping orders. As you make more orders and your drop ship level increases and you will be awarded more discounts of up to 10% on some product categories 

Warranty/Returns Policy for Drop-Shipper
• All of our products have warranties for refund, replacement andrepair. However, please be aware that different products have different  warranties from different warehouses. To save the operation costs, we recommend drop shipper to place the orders from our global warehouse.
• If you use drop shipping, any product returns or refunds (and all communications) will have to be handled by you for your customer as we have no direct contact with your customers.
• It is possible for you to discuss any return or refund issue with us ,and provide our return code and address to your customer.
• They can then post any faulty item back to our global warehouse or Sydney warehouse and we can ship the replacement directly to them without you having to handle any products
• In terms of customer support and technical support for devices, the responsibility rests with the vender. If you are a drop shipper, we will of course  provide as much help to you as we can, and with technical questions it may simply be a matter of relaying our information to your customers. 

Exceptions to warranty

• We don’t offer warranty or support for products not purchased from Austars-Model.com
• The user voids the warranty if the buyer opens the body in an attempt to fix, or otherwise uses the device in a way that is not considered normal usage
• The warranty does not extend to free repair/replacement in cases of damage to products, accidental breakage, mis use, or wear and tear 

• In general, if a product develops a fault during the warranty period from the date on which it was received, and the fault is due to a quality issue rather than your own breakage or misuse, we will accept a return. Customers need to provide evidence.
• The cost of returning faulty products back to Austars-Model Returns Address should be covered by the customer.
• Returns without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.
• When we receive your authorized return we will repair the product and send it back to you for free.
• If a repair is impossible, we will credit you what you originally paid so that you can choose to purchase another or change to a different item
• We advise drop shippers to set up return schedules and accumulate any faulty items before returning them in bulk to save return postage.

Cancellation Policy
• Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
• Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. 

Drop Ship FAQs
Will Austars-Model information, pricing or logos appear on customer packaging?
No. We do not include any company information, pricing or logos any where on the packaging sent to customers. 

Will Austars-Model contact my customer?
No. Austars-Model will never contact your customers. Customers will deal only with you. 

Can anyone use the drop ship service?
Yes. Simply register with Austars-Model.com to take advantage of our drop shipping service. We offer drop shipping to all registered customers.

Are there any additional charges?
No. We do not charge any additional fees for the use of our drop shipping service

What to do if my customer is unhappy with the product or experiences technical issues?
As we have no contact with your customers, they will need to discuss any problems with you. If you require assistance from Austars-Model.com, our customer service team will be happy to help. You can relay any relevant information to your customers.

How are customs and import taxes handled?
The customer is responsible for paying any customs or import charges. It is important that you find out and inform your customer of these charges before taking orders to avoid the customer incurring unexpected costs

How can I ensure that the product is shipped to my customer's address and not my own?
Simply input your customer’s shipping address in “Place an order” function on our website, or use the import orders function to place the orders

Notice Regarding Drop-Shipping
When we drop ship:
• We do not include the prices paid for the merchandise
• We do not contact your customers
• We do not include our publicity materials/invoices etc when we send drop ship goods, so it protects your reputation as a seller. They will not know the source of your good, and they will not know the price that you paid for it
The use of Austars-model.com website materials
• The materials featured on our website can help our drop shippers and our Ebay sellers with their online listings
• You may use product pictures and product descriptions from Austars-Model.com freely, provided they are used appropriately in the context of your reselling or affiliate activities
Please do not copy directly from our listings, ensure to make some changes in order to make your listing unique
