Catapult Launcher​

Application:​

Mainly used for launching small medium-sized fixed-wing UAVs (weighing 6 kg–10 kg).

Advantages:​

1. Lightweight; the main body can be disassembled and folded for easy transportation, allowing two people to carry it in a small vehicle.

2. Suitable for both front-pull and rear-push aircraft models, with different hooks configured according to the model to secure the fuselage.

3. Uses steel cable traction for a long service life.

4. Powered by pneumatic means to ensure sufficient thrust.

5. The main structure is made of thickened aluminum alloy, ensuring rigidity and resistance to rust.

6. When the support rod separates from the UAV, it opens automatically to completely avoid the rotor.

Structure Composition:​

Composed of main frame, support brackets, air tank, explosion-proof solenoid valve, cylinder, steel cable, pulleys, trolley, slide rail, locking and release mechanism, shock absorption system, support mechanism, and other components. This catapult launcher is suitable for fixed-wing UAVs and can be customized according to different aircraft models.
