In order to protect our customers, AUSTARS MODEL accepts return of faulty products or damaged products (during the delivery process) with freight free in case replacement with identical new items can not be processed. Products modified/damaged by the purchasers, abused or misused are solely the purchasers responsibility. Please contact us for a return authorization number. Product property remains with AUSTARS MODEL before payment is made. If there is a change of ownership or in default, we have the right to claim back all of our products or the amount in full.
